What to do when your SW:TOR character is stuck
If your character gets stuck in the terrain or behind a wall there are several ways to unstick them.- Type /stuck in the chat window or click on the Customer Service Help Request in the main menu (or Ctrl + /) and click Character Stuck.
- The game will try to move your character to the nearest safe location. If it can’t find one, it’ll kill your character and allow you to revive at the nearest med center instead.
- Use Quick Travel to move to a local bind point.
- Use an Emergency Fleet Pass ability or the Emergency Fleet Pass consumable item to quickly travel to your faction's Fleet.
- Travel to your Personal or Guild Stronghold if you have one.
- Use Legacy Travel Perks (if unlocked) to go directly to your Personal Starship or another planet.
- Attack a hostile enemy or creature nearby. If it kills your character, you can revive at the nearest med center. This also works with PvP-flagged enemy players.
- If your character is a Jedi Knight or Sith Warrior, use an ability to leap to a targeted enemy.
- Ask other players for help in chat— they might have abilities to push or pull your character.
