Learn how to get help in The Sims FreePlay. While you’re at it, find and save your Player ID. We’ll need your ID to help you if you’re ever locked out of your game.

Get help in your game

The best way to get help is by contacting us directly in your game. The Sims FreePlay Settings icon is highlighted with a dotted red border. The icon is green with three white dots.

    Tap the Settings (three dots) icon on the home screen.

    Tap the Info icon.
  3. 3
    Tap Online Support and follow the instructions to get in touch with us.

Find your Player ID

    Your Player ID is located at the bottom of the screen
Make sure to save your Player ID (a screenshot is an easy way to do this). You’ll need to have it ready if you’re ever locked out of the game and need to contact us.

Can’t access the game?

If you’re locked out of your game or lost your device, have your Player ID ready before you contact us. Without it, we can’t find your account. We can’t restore any lost progress.
