How to report a player in The Sims Mobile

Learn how to report a player for inappropriate content in The Sims Mobile, or block them from contacting you in chat.

How to report a player’s name, house, or chat

You can only report a player for abuse, harassment, or inappropriate content while at another player’s party.

While attending a party, select the arrow pull-out tab on the right side of the screen.

Select the Parties tab. From here, there are 2 ways to start the reporting process.
Select the yellow flag on the party icon to the left of the party and host details.
Open Chat and select the yellow flag icon from the top-right corner.

On the Report Inappropriate Content screen, choose a report category.
Sim name: Find and select the Sim’s name you want to report. Give more details in the Comments? box (optional).
Player name: Find and select the player whose name you want to report. Give more details in the Comments? box (optional).
House: Use the Comments? box to explain what you think is inappropriate about the house where the party is taking place.
Chat: If another player at the party is being inappropriate or abusive in chat, select their name and choose the category that matches the issue. Give more details in the Comments? box (optional).

Select Send Report.

What happens after reporting

Reporting another player doesn’t mean they’ll be banned automatically. Once you submit the form, we’ll investigate and take action according to our policies. For privacy reasons, we can’t inform you about our investigation or what actions we take on another player’s account.

How to block a player

If you’re having trouble with another player at a party but their behavior doesn’t break the rules, you can block them instead.

Select the Parties tab and choose Chat.

Find and select the player from the list of attendees.

Select Block and choose Yes to confirm.
