We made stats transfer available for Battlefield 4 players as soon as the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One consoles became available.
We kept the service going to allow everyone a chance to upgrade their console and preserve their stats.
After 5 years, we’ve ended the service as it was no longer actively being used by Battlefield 4 players.
If you played Battlefield 4 on the PlayStation 3 or Xbox 360 and want to play it on the next console of the same family—for example, if you move from PlayStation 3 to PlayStation 4 or from Xbox 360 to Xbox One—you get the chance to copy your old stats to your new console the first time you play Battlefield 4 on your new console.
Agree to the transfer and all of your Battlefield 4 progress—including stats, rank, and gear—will transfer to your newer console.
Can I still play on my PlayStation 3 or Xbox 360?
You can keep playing Battlefield 4 on your older console, but the stat transfer is one-time-only and your progress will not continue to synchronize to your newer console.
Before you say No, make sure you mean it.
If you don’t transfer your stats when asked this one time, then that’s it.
We won’t ask again and can’t give you a second chance.
I was never asked to transfer my stats!
Make sure you’re on the right account.
The stat transfer prompt only shows up if you’re logged in to the same PSN ID or Gamertag you were playing Battlefield 4 on before.
I said Yes, but my stats didn’t come over!
Don’t worry, our systems might be running a little behind.
Restart your console and boot up Battlefield 4 again.
You should see your transferred progress and stats once you’re back in the game.
