When you sign up for your EA Account, you agree to play by our rules. These rules help keep games fair and fun for everyone.
When players break our rules, some games let you report cheating, harassment, and inappropriate or illegal content right in the game or service. This is the best way to report issues because it automatically grabs some of the information we need to investigate.
If there’s no in-game option, you can submit a report through EA Help.
When submitting a report, make sure you use the category that best fits the issue.
Don't report content as illegal unless you think a criminal offense has been committed in our game or service.
Players in Australia can also report illegal and harmful content to the eSafety Commissioner.
The eSafety Commissioner is Australia’s independent regulator for online safety and helps safeguard Australians from the most serious forms of online harm.

Remove the player as a friend
If someone’s being offensive, you can remove them as a friend. Since your Friends List in the game is made up of Facebook friends who also play Plants vs Zombies™ 3, the only way to remove someone from your Friends List is to remove them on Facebook.
Report a player
If you believe your friend’s behavior violates EA’s Terms of Service, you can report another player by following these steps:
Remove the player as a friend
If someone is being offensive, you can remove them as a friend. Since your Friends List in the game is made up of Facebook friends who also play the game, the only way to remove someone from your Friends List is remove them on Facebook.
Report a player
If you believe that your friend’s behavior violates EA’s Terms of Service, you can choose to report them. Here’s how.
In chat (Classic Pogo)
Reporting a player automatically mutes them, so you won’t see their comments in chat. You may still want to block them to prevent them from contacting you at all.
In your Guestbook
Mute a player
If a player’s behavior doesn’t qualify as abuse or harassment but you don’t want to see their comments, you can mute them.
To report a player in-game
Reporting an issue with a Guild member to your Guild leader
If you're being harassed by a Guild member, let your Guild leader know. If they decide it’s the right thing to do, they can remove the player from the Guild.
Asking the Guild leader to remove someone doesn't mean that they have to do it. In the end, it’s the Guild leader’s decision.
If the Guild leader decides not to remove a player from the Guild, you can leave the Guild and join another or start your own. The good news is that, if you choose to leave the Guild, you won't lose any of your items or Guild Currency, and can take it with you to a new Guild.
Reporting another player
If you find another player breaking our rules, let us know by filling out this form in your web browser. Once you submit the form, we’ll look into it and take action according to our policies.
