Compare your system specs in the DxDiag with the game’s minimum requirements to make sure your setup can run the game. Go to Features Levels. The first set of numbers before the comma will be the version that their computer is capable of running.
This could mean there’s a problem with your graphics card. If you’re on a laptop, your system might not be switching to it. Check your system settings or hardware.
Review your driver version in the DxDiag. If it’s outdated, check for updates. Once your graphics driver is up to date, run a new DxDiag to confirm the change.
Look for recent error messages related to Windows Update in the DxDiag. If you see one, install the latest updates to help your game run smoothly.
