If you’ve forgotten your password, screen name, or the email address for your Pogo account, use our steps to log back in.

If you haven’t signed in to your Pogo account in 35 months, your subscription will be canceled at the end of the current billing cycle.

You can manage and check the status of your Pogo subscription at pogo.com.

If you forgot your password, you can reset it to get back into your Pogo account:

  1. Go to pogo.com.
  2. Click Sign In in the top right corner.
  3. Click Forget your Password?
  4. Type in the email address for your account, then click Send.

We’ll send you a password recovery email with a link to reset your password.

If you’ve forgotten your Pogo screen name, you can recover it by following these steps:

  1. Go to pogo.com.
  2. Click Sign In in the top right corner.
  3. Click Having trouble signing in?.
  4. Click I used to sign in with my Pogo screen name.
  5. Click Forget your Pogo Screen Name?.
  6. Type in your email address and click Submit.

We’ll send you an email with all of the screen names that are associated with your email address. You can use those screen names to sign back into your accounts and update the passwords if you need to.

You may get a message from e.ea.com. This is our official email account, so make sure you add it to your contact list, otherwise, it might go into your Spam or Junk folder.

If you still can't log in or you forgot the email address you used to set up your Pogo account, go to our EA Help page and chat with an EA Advisor to recover your account.
