If you haven’t signed in to your Pogo account in 35 months, your subscription will be canceled at the end of the current billing cycle.

If you forgot your password, you can reset it to get back into your Pogo account:

If you’ve forgotten your Pogo screen name, you can recover it by following these steps:
We’ll send you an email with all of the screen names that are associated with your email address. You can use those screen names to sign back into your accounts and update the passwords if you need to.
You may get a message from e.ea.com. This is our official email account, so make sure you add it to your contact list, otherwise, it might go into your Spam or Junk folder.
