How to manage Crews in Need for Speed™ Heat

What are Crews in NFS Heat

You’ll automatically join a Starter Crew to access perks and see everyone’s custom rides in the Crew Garage. The Crews options are under the Social tab on the main menu. You can leave the Starter Crew, create your own Crew, or join a different one. Crews can have up to 32 players. Each Crew member contributes to the Crew's level, and leveling up means more rewards for everyone. Crew rewards include:

Increased Heat
Bank
Rep boosts.

How to leave a Crew

Choose Social from the main menu.

Click Crews.

Choose Members.

Select Leave Crew.

Confirm to leave your current Crew.

For pending invites to a Crew, check the Invites area on the Crews menu. Accepting an invite means you will leave the Crew you are in now.

How to find a Crew

Choose Social from the main menu.

Select Crews.

Choose Find Crew.

Select Join Crew on the one that suits you best.

Join automatically or wait for the Crew Leader's approval.

How to create a Crew

Choose the Create Crew option that shows when you quit the Starter Crew.

Name your Crew and choose a logo.

Invite other players to join.

You can set your Crew to be Public (available through the Find Crew option) or Private (by invitation only).

If it’s Public, you can choose whether players can auto-join or need to be approved by you first.
Players needing approval will show in the Requests list.

You can change most of your Crew Settings in the Edit Crew option on your Crews menu.

Cross-platform Crews

You can play cross-platform but can’t join or form cross-platform Crews. You can only join a Crew whose members are on the same platform as you.

How to find players and create a Party

Use the Find Players option to search for players. You can look up friends using their:

EA ID if they're on a PC
PlayStation™ Network Online ID if they're on PlayStation®
Xbox gamertag if they're on Xbox.

Once you find them, you can add them to your EA Friends list. Your EA Friends list can hold up to 100 people. Choose the Create Party option to invite someone from your Friends list, or search for a player’s name to invite them to your Party.
