How to reset your SW:TOR password

    Go to the Account section on the SW:TOR website.

    Select I don’t remember my password.
  3. 3
    Follow the instructions on-screen.

    Check your inbox for a password reset email with a link. 
  5. 5
    Use the link and set a new password.

Contact SW:TOR support for help updating your SW:TOR account email address. 

How to reactivate an inactive linked EA Account

If you haven't played SW:TOR in over 36 months, your EA Account might be inactive. Head here to reset your EA Account password and reactivate your account.This option will only work if your SW:TOR account email address is the same as your EA Account email address. Contact SW:TOR support if your SW:TOR account email address isn’t the same as the one for your EA Account.
If you created your SW:TOR account before 2018,  an EA Account was automatically created for you using your SWTOR.com email and password when you signed up.
