How to confirm your age in EA SPORTS FC Mobile
Effective March 2026, Brazil’s ECA Digital Law requires verified age assurance for certain games. To access some content and features, players will need to:This applies to the EA app and some console and mobile games.Access to social features and user-generated content (UGC) in-game on the EA app will be restricted to adult accounts. - 1Log in to or create an EA Account.
- 2Confirm they’re 18 or older.
- 1Open EA SPORTS FC™ Mobile.
- 2Carefully read the age assurance message.
- 3Select Start.
- 4Follow the on-screen instructions to complete verification.
- 5Select Continue once your age is confirmed.
If verification fails, try the following:
- Make sure your name and date of birth match your legal ID.
- Ensure your photo is clear and not cropped.
- If using a passport, upload the photo page only.
- For other IDs, include both the front and back.
- Try completing verification on a different device.
- Wait a few minutes and try again if it still doesn’t work.
Once confirmed, your EA Account will display an Adult label under your date of birth in your EA Account settings.Your confirmed status applies across supported EA platforms and games.
If you choose not to complete age assurance, you may not be able to:
- access certain content
- purchase premium currency
- use restricted social features.
