About the Style Influencer career in The Sims 4

The Style Influencer career comes with The Sims 4 City Living Expansion Pack and has two career branches:

Trend Setter
Stylist.

To join this career, select Find a Job from the phone or computer and choose Style Influencer.

Style Influencer career tasks

To get a promotion in the Style Influencer career, your Sim needs to complete career tasks. These tasks change depending on your Sim’s rank in the Style Influencer career. To check what tasks your Sim needs to complete, open the Career Panel (the briefcase icon in the bottom right of the screen) in Live Mode.

How to Gather Impressions

Before you can Gather Impressions, your Sim has to have the Style Impression Buff. To do this, your Sim can Sketch Impressions on the Digitalistic Sketchpad, or Browse Fashion on the phone or computer.

Using the phone, open the Entertainment app (the purple microphone icon) and choose Photograph Impression.

Doing this makes your Sim Inspired and they’ll get the Style Impression Buff. Once they have this, select the Trending Style-board and choose Add Impression.
When you first join the Style Influencer career, this Item is added to your Sim’s Household Inventory.

Repeat this until the Daily Task is marked as complete in the Career panel.
