When you link The Sims Mobile to an account, you can play on multiple devices, transfer your progress to another device, and recover your game progress if it’s ever lost.
If you don't link your game to an account, you'll play as a guest. You’ll lose all your game progress if you factory reset your phone, install a major OS update, delete the app, lose your device, or get a new device.
Once you’ve linked The Sims Mobile to an account, it can’t be unlinked.
Make sure you choose the right account before you link your game.
You can link your account with Game Center, Google Play, Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), or your EA Account.
Make sure you’re signed in to Game Center.
If you signed in to Game Center on your device, the game should connect automatically. You can check your game settings to be sure.
Once you’ve linked an account to The Sims Mobile, your game progress will be saved and backed up.
