What if I can’t access the game? If you can’t access the game, contact us here on EA Help. Make sure you have your User ID so we can find your account.
- From the main menu screen, tap the cogwheel on the top-right corner to open Settings.
- See your username on the top-right corner of the Settings menu? Your user ID (UID) is right below it. Go ahead and grab it now (a screenshot is an easy way to do this). You’ll need it if you’re ever locked out of the game and need to contact us here on EA Help.
- Tap Help and follow the instructions on-screen to get in touch with us in-game.
If you can’t log into the game, you can still contact us here on EA Help.
When you do, make sure you have your user ID (UID) so we can find your account.
