You can view a lot of your EA Account data on EA Help or in your account settings. Learn how to find it.

How to check your EA Account data

EA collects data when you set up your EA Account and interact with our products and services. You can see what data we collect and how we use this information in our Privacy and Cookie Policy.You can download and review your EA Account data at any time by following our instructions below.

You can download your EA Account data from your EA Account settings.

    Log in to your EA Account and go to your EA Account settings.

    Select Security and Privacy.

    Scroll down to Download your EA data, and select the arrow to the right.

    Select Request a download.
Your data will usually be ready to download in less than two hours. It will be available as HTML for you to download to your computer so you can review it.EA Account settings menu shows the 'Download your EA data' screen and a 'Request a download' button.

See your EA Account information, including:
  • your basic account info (like your EA ID)
  • regional settings
  • connected accounts
  • game-specific identities
  • refund requests
  • security information
  • privacy settings
  • email marketing preferences
  • payment methods
  • game tester program preferences.

What EA Account data can be accessed?

Here’s all the data you can access and how to find it.

In your Account Information settings, you’ll be able to see all of your EA Account’s basic information, including:Your account info
  • EA ID
  • name
  • date of birth
  • email
  • phone number
  • avatar
Regional settings
  • country of residence
  • language
Game-specific identities
  • platform account ID
  • forum-specific usernames
  • game-specific usernames, like for The Sims.

You can see all of your EA-purchased games, expansion packs, and downloadable content (DLC) under Library in the EA app.

Your EA Account holds all of your profile information.Your profile information includes:
  • your EA-purchased games
  • your Friend List
  • your achievements
  • the games you’ve added to your Wishlist.
To view your profile in the EA app:

    Click on your avatar in the top-right corner.

    Click My profile.

Communications include:
  • emails from us
  • forum posts
  • EA Help case information
    • the status of the case
    • chat transcripts
    • emails to and from us.
Emails

    Log in to your email service provider account with the email address on your EA Account. 
  2. 2
    Navigate your inbox to find received, sent, filed, and deleted (trash) emails with us.
Forum posts
  1. Log in to the forum you use, like EA Forums or a game’s specific forum, and find all your posts under your profile.
EA Help case information:

    Log in to your account.

    Select MyCases.
  3. 3
    Select a case to view more information about it.

Your EA Account includes all the security information that helps keep your account safe.Your account security information includes your:
  • password
  • security question
  • Two-factor authentication (whether it’s on or off)
  • Trusted devices
    • Device Name 
    • Location 
    • Trusted Date
  • secondary email, if you’ve added one to your account.

These are all your preferences related to your account’s privacy.Your privacy settings determine:
  • who can see your profile
  • who can see your Achievements
  • how users can search for you (by email address, PSN IDs, and Xbox Live Gamertags)
  • your Blocked Users List.
Manage your preferences on the Security and Privacy tab in your EA Account settings.

Find all the information for the EA purchases you’ve made in the Payment and Wallet tab.Order history info includes:
  • date
  • description/order number 
  • status
  • price.
Want to see what you’ve bought for your Xbox or PlayStation®? Check out your Microsoft Order History or your Sony Transaction History instead.

Your EA Account includes any payment methods you’ve saved.Payment history information includes:
  • credit card information
    • the last four digits of your credit card
    • expiration date
    • country
    • zip/postal code
    • your first and last name
    • phone number, if you added it
  • PayPal Account Name, typically your email address
  • information for any other saved payment methods that are available in your region
  • EA Wallet
    • any available balance
    • your EA Wallet activity, including the date, description, and total.

You can join the Electronic Arts PlaytestingProgram by opting in to the games you’d like to test.View your data in the Electronic Arts Playtesting section of your EA Account Subscriptions and Memberships tab.

These include monthly spending limits on games, expansions, and microcontent.Manage your Player Controls on the Family Management tab in your EA Account settings.

Manage your family and add teen accounts to your family to stay in control of what your teens spend.Access the Family tab in your EA Account settings.

You can view your connected accounts, like your linked PlayStation™ Network IDs and Xbox gamertags, and any apps you’ve authorized for your account in Connected Accounts.Find information about your connected accounts on the Connected Accounts tab in your EA Account settings.

You can see the IP address for the devices that you play on.

You can see your game-specific ID and Friends lists.Game-specific mobile IDs are only available in certain games. Check out our list of mobile games that use mobile IDs.Friends lists may vary by game.
