If EA servers are up and running but you still can’t connect to your game, there are a few things you can check that might help you get back online.
- Check your internet connection. Make sure your network is stable and fast enough to support online gaming. Try restarting your router or switching from Wi-Fi to a wired connection if possible.
- Test platform network services. Even if EA’s servers are online, Xbox Live, PlayStation™Network, Nintendo, or Steam services might be experiencing issues. You can check their status here:
- Restart your game and device. Sometimes a quick reboot of your game or platform can clear up temporary connection problems.
- Clear your cache. If you're playing on console or the EA app, clearing your system or app cache can help resolve connection issues. Follow the steps in:
