You can jump right into Madden NFL 16 on Xbox One or PlayStation 4 and play the introduction match during installation. Other game modes are not available to play until the download and installation completes.

In addition to a Playmakers Pack, you get either Pro Packs or All-Pro Packs. The number of packs you get each week and for how long varies according to which edition you pre-ordered.

Will my progress from EA Access transfer over to the full title?
Yes, if you purchase the full title, you will have access to all of your progress and save files.
Why are the majority of the tiles on the main menu locked?
You may see that certain areas of the game are locked if the game is still installing or downloading. These areas will unlock as it finishes installing.
My EA Account is asking me for a code when I first try to play Madden NFL 16. What is this?
EA Accounts are now equipped with a two factor authorization (TFA) system, also known as Login Verification. Login Verification is meant for account security across EA platforms. Upon initial login, you will receive an email to the address you have on file. Input the code within that email to update your EA Account. You can turn Login Verification off by logging into your EA Account at ea.com, clicking on your username, then My Account, and then the Security tab.
