Find your User ID

 If you’re locked out of the game or have lost your device, have your User ID before reaching out to us. Our advisors need it to help you.

    Open Command & Conquer: Rivals.

    Tap the Settings cogwheel on the bottom-right of the main menu.

    Tap About.

    Your User ID is the same as your PersonaId. Screenshot or write it down before contacting us so you have it ready.
