How to get help in SimCity BuildIt

If you need help and can't find an answer, use these steps to contact us in-game.

Getting help

When you contact us using the in-game help option, it saves all your game information so that our advisors can quickly pull up your account.

In-game help

Tap the Settings icon (wrench and screwdriver).

Tap the Help button. The Frequently Asked Questions page will open.

Scroll to the bottom and tap EA Help to visit our help site or select Customer Service to contact us.

Find your Player ID

Your Player ID is located below the blue EA Help button.

Can’t access the game?

If you’re locked out of your game or lost your device, have your Player ID ready before you reach out. Without it, we can’t find your account.

If you don’t know your Player ID, we may be able to help if you’ve linked your account to Facebook, Google Play, Game Center, Apple, or an EA Account. We can’t recover guest accounts.
