If you need help with STAR WARS: Galaxy of Heroes, the easiest way to contact us in-game.- 1Select the gear icon in the top left of the Cantina screen to open the Settings menu.
- 2Choose Help and select EA Help.
- If you’re playing on PC, you’ll be redirected to EA Help in a web browser window.

How to find or get help with missing content
If you’re missing content that you bought, double-check that the transaction was successful and your payment method was charged.Once you’ve made sure your payment went through, try these steps.- 1Select the gear icon in the top left of the Cantina screen to open the Settings menu.
- 2Choose Restore Purchases.
How to find your Player ID
Your STAR WARS: Galaxy of Heroes Player ID is different from your STAR WARS: Galaxy of Heroes Ally Code. Your Ally Code lets you connect with friends. Your Player ID is a unique identifier that helps us find your game and account details.
- 1Launch STAR WARS: Galaxy of Heroes.
- 2Select the gear icon in the top left of the Cantina screen to open the Settings menu.
- 3Your Player ID is at the bottom of the screen. Take a screenshot of your ID or make a note of it.
