How to report Mods

We strive to create a positive environment for players, which we outline in our Positive Play Charter. It’s possible that community-created Mods could go against these guidelines. If you come across any Mods that break the rules of the Positive Play Charter, you can report them to us.

To report Mods, contact us here on EA Help.

Go to the Report a player webform.

Log in to your EA Account.

Under Provide a reason for the report, select Inappropriate content.

Under Content type, select Other.

Select The Sims 4 as the Game/Service.

Describe the Mod that breaks our rules, the date the activity occurred, and any other info you think is relevant.

Select Submit, and we’ll take it from there.

When downloading Mods for The Sims 4, be careful to only download from a trusted source or creator.
Maxis and EA don’t pre-screen, endorse, or support specific Mods or Custom Content. Use Mods and Custom Content with caution and understand there may be risks.
