Play by the rules in EA SPORTS™ UFC® and keep UFC a fair community for all players.

What are the rules?

Läs avsnitt 6 av EA:s användaravtal om du vill veta mer om de fullständiga förhållningsreglerna.Kolla in våra direktiv om positivt spelande för att läsa om hur du kan bidra till en positiv och inkluderande spelcommunity.
Positive play is at the heart of EA. Being part of a gaming community should be positive, fun, and safe for everyone.Read our Positive Play Charter to understand these rules, and see below how they apply to EA SPORTS™ UFC®.Check out our article on playing by the EA rules.

Accessing another player’s account, including account sharing, is against the rules.

You can earn UFC Coins by participating in online matches and buying and selling cards, but buying Coins from a third party is against our rules. Here are a few ways to earn Coins legitimately:
  • play and win matches
  • complete solo challenges
  • buy and sell Items.

  • Buying or selling Coins creates an uneven playing field because, among other things, it can result in an unfair increase in the prices of Items on the Transfer Market. This can take away the opportunity to buy affordable Items on the Transfer Market from players who earned their Coins legitimately.
  • Using the Transfer Market for the purpose of transferring Coins can put your account at risk.
  • If you buy Coins, you risk having your account information stolen by phishers. Some Coin sellers need account login information to give out Coins, so there’s a chance they can use your login details to remove players and Coins from your account. Sharing your account information is not only a violation of our rules, but Coin sellers often make a profit off of the Items they steal and hack someone else. Keep your account safe and don’t give your login information to anyone, especially not to buy Coins.
  • Buying “mule” accounts or performing comfort trades is not allowed because they negatively impact the game economy.
  • Using the Transfer Market for Coin Distribution (including Coin buying) negatively impacts the experience for other players. If you’re using the Transfer Market to distribute Coins, we may limit or reduce your access to the Transfer Market both via the Companion App and from your console or PC.

Coin farming is when you try to get Coins fast and illegitimately. This includes using bots or tricking the game into thinking you’re playing matches when you’re not.You can store as many Coins in your account as you like, as long as you earn those Coins without breaking the rules. Using any sort of bot or disconnection methods in the game isn’t allowed.

Account selling and distribution inflate the UFC economy. It disrupts the safe buying and selling environment that legitimate players use to acquire the players they need to play the game.

Promoting the sale or purchase of Coins anywhere within our games or forums breaks our rules.

Making a false claim to EA Advisors or any other EA representative is against our rules.

Cheating can include, but isn’t limited to:
  • using external tools
  • performing in-game exploits
  • abusing glitches or bugs
  • performing, using, buying, or selling match collusion, matchmaking manipulation, or win manipulation services.
Cheating inside or outside the game isn’t fair play and hurts the experience of the players you’re competing with.

What happens if you break the rules

We have rules in place because we want UFC to be a fair community for all players. If you break our rules, we might take action by:
  • wiping your UFC Coins
  • removing your account from UFC leaderboards
  • removing your rewards
  • limiting or removing your eligibility for competitive gaming
  • suspending your console or platform from playing UFC online modes for a period of time, or forever
  • banning you from your current UFC games
  • banning you from all UFC games
  • banning you from all EA games.
Think you were banned or suspended by mistake? Read our article to find out how to appeal our decision.
