If you did not set up your Security Question and Answer before August 1, 2014, you may have trouble logging into the FIFA Ultimate Team Web App.

Make sure you have your copy of FIFA 14 and FIFA 15 handy before following these steps for Xbox 360, Xbox One, PlayStation 3, or PlayStation 4.

1. Log in with your Xbox Live gamertag or PlayStation™Network ID
2. Start FIFA 14 and create a new Ultimate Team
3. ​Follow the tutorial guide from beginning to end.
4. Once the tutorial has completed, exit FIFA Ultimate Team to go back to the FIFA 14 main menu.
5. From here, select FIFA Ultimate Team to re-enter the game mode.
   • Re-entering FIFA Ultimate Team a second time should prompt you to enter a Security Question and Answer.
6. Complete the setup by entering your security question and answer information.
7. Now you will need to 1) name your Cluband 2) pick a managerfor this Club.
8. Quit FIFA 14 entirely to return to the console's main menu.

Just a few more steps left:

1. Log into the FIFA Ultimate Team Web app on this webpage.
   • ​​This should load your FIFA 14 Ultimate Team players to FIFA 14.
2. ​Load and start your copy of FIFA 15.
3. Create a FIFA 15 Ultimate Team

You should now be able to set up your Security Question and Answer using the information you entered in FIFA 14.
