Follow these steps to find your Player ID and get help in Plants vs. Zombies 2.

If you’re playing Plants vs. Zombies 2 and need help, the fastest way to get it is by contacting us in-game. We’ll need your Player ID to help you.

Think you lost game progress? See if you can restore your progress with these troubleshooting steps.
Make sure to always have your Player ID when you contact us so we can find your account.

Select the wrench to open the Settings menu.
In the Settings menu, tap:
- iOS: Download Preferences.
  or
- Android: Build Version.
You’ll see your Player ID under the game version.
