If you’re playing Plants vs. Zombies 2 and need help, the fastest way to get it is by contacting us in-game. We’ll need your Player ID to help you.

Get help in-game

  1. Select the wrench to open the Settings menu.

  2. Select Help.

Find your Player ID

  1. Select the wrench to open the Settings menu.
  2. In the Settings menu, tap:
    • iOS: Download Preferences.
      or
    • Android: Build Version.
  3. You’ll see your Player ID under the game version.

Can’t access the game?

If you need help because you’re locked out of your game or have lost your device, go to this page and choose the available option to get in touch with an advisor. We’ll need your Player ID to help you. Without it, we can’t find your account.
