Update the password for your child’s account

If your child lost the password for their EA Account, learn how to reset it by requesting a password reset.

Make sure you use your child’s EA Account ID when you request a password reset, not your email.

If you request the reset for your email address instead of their EA Account ID, it will reset the password for your account instead of your child's.

We’ll send you a verification code via email. Then, you can enter the code and update the password to sign back in.
