Here are some common error codes you might be getting while playing NFS: Unbound and how to report them.

Error ‘Unable to save file’

  • You may get this error if your current game progress is not saved for your session. Close the game app, restart your engines, and keep playing from your last successfully saved session. For troubleshooting this error on PC, check out this forum.

Error code DR1001 (PC & PS5)

  • You may get this error if the game is unable to connect to a server and times out.

Error code DR1002 (Xbox X|S, PC and PS5)

  • You may be getting this error if the server you’re playing on has crashed or is under maintenance.

Error code FTJR2008/0013080F (Xbox X|S and PS5)

  • You may be getting this error code if the game detects unusual activity. Try to fix this issue by beginning a new campaign, both offline and online.

I can’t find my error on the list
