If you can’t find your Apex Legends Coins, Twitch Drops, Mythic (Heirloom and Prestige) items, and more, try these steps to find them.

Before buying Apex Coins, it’s a good idea to check the Apex Legends servers and Twitter to check for any updates, issues, or patches.

  1. Confirm your purchase is processing in your bank account.
  2. Quit out of the game completely, then restart it.
  3. If you’re playing on Steam, try launching your game from Origin.
  4. Powercycle your system.
  5. Check the Apex Legends server status and the status for your PC or console platform. If there are server issues, your transaction may not have gone through or the item may not appear until the issue is fixed.
  6. Go to @EAHelp and @PlayApex on Twitter to see if we’ve tweeted about any issues. If there are any issues, your transaction may not have gone through or the item may not appear until the issue is fixed.
  7. Contact Microsoft, Sony, Nintendo, or Steam to confirm your purchase went through.
  8. Collect your proof of purchase for the missing Apex Coins. Without this, we can’t help you.
  9. Contact us.

You may get Twitch drops from the Apex Legends Global Series (ALGS) or other streams. Here’s how to find them if they’re missing.

  1. Follow our steps to make sure you have linked the right Twitch account to your EA Account.
  2. Claim your Twitch Drops from your inventory when they’re available.
  3. If you still can’t find your Twitch drops, contact Twitch.

Follow our steps on how to find your missing Apex Legends Prime Gaming loot.

Steam

If you recently began playing Apex Legends on Steam and saw your progress was missing or that you were at Level 1,  you may have linked the wrong EA Account. Follow our steps to unlink your account and relink the correct one.

PlayStation, Xbox, and Nintendo

If you upgraded or changed your console, confirm you’re platform is linked to the right EA Account.

If you switched to a new platform, such as going from PlayStation to PC, your progress won’t carry over. Steam and the EA app are the only two platforms that has cross-progression. All other platforms currently only have cross-play.

If you’re missing a Mythic (Heirloom or Prestige) item you can find it here.

Skins

  1. Go to the Loadout tab.
  2. Click the Skins tab.
  3. If you have an Heirloom or Prestige item, you’ll see it in the bottom-right corner of your screen.
  4. Check Equip to use it in-game.

Quips and Banner Poses

  1. Go to the Loadout tab.
  2. Go to the Banners tab.

Packs and items

There are three ways to earn Packs in Apex Legends. You’ll see new Packs on the homescreen in the bottom-right corner.

Everything you earn in Packs will appear in the Loadout tab. New items will have a red dot next to them.

You can’t get duplicate items in Apex Legends. Instead, what would have been a duplicate item is converted into Crafting Metals.

Legends

You can buy Legends using 750 Apex Coins or 12,000 Legends Tokens. After you unlock a Legend, they’ll appear in the Legends tab.

If you buy a Legend using Apex Coins and think it’s missing, make sure you have your proof of purchase for the Apex Coins before contacting us.
