Ping, along with jitter and packet loss, is a key factor in measuring your Connection Quality in EA SPORTS FC™.
Ping measures the time it takes for game data to travel between your console or PC to the EA SPORTS FC™ Game Data Center and back. Lower ping means faster data transfer and a more responsive gameplay experience.
High ping can cause delays between pressing a button and the corresponding in-game action you want to trigger. This is sometimes referred to as “latency.” At very high ping levels you may see visual lag and even be disconnected from your match.
