Climb the Career ladder in The Sims Mobile

Apply in person!

1. Take your Sim to a location on the map, like Parkside or Market Square.
2. Go to any Career location and tap the Career workstation.
   • If the venue is locked, just tap it and then tap Unlock.
3. Here you'll be able to decide the Story your Sim tells.

Complete Career Events to get promotions and earn those Simoleons.

1. Select the Sim you want to send to work.
2. Tap the Info Panel Icon (car on the bottom left).
3. Tap the Career icon (briefcase).
4. Tap the Career workstation.
5. Tap the Career Event you want to start.
6. Perform Career actions or use SimCash to make the event go faster.

As your Sim climbs their career ladder, they’ll unlock new Story Chapters and actions as well as cool new items for your workplace and home!

Your rewards can also change based on how risky the action is. The riskier an action is, the better the reward if your Sim is successful.

Normal event actions will naturally raise your Sim’s confidence. As they gain confidence during an event, the risky actions will start to pop up.

If your Sim succeeds, congratulations! They’ll get not only the higher reward, but they’ll also gain confidence.

If they fumble and fail, well, they won’t get as good of a reward and their confidence will decrease. Better luck next time!

• Make sure your Energy is full before you start.
  • Is your Sim low on Energy? Run home to take a power nap or use the bathroom.
  • You can also go back to the Event later on—since each one lasts a few hours, wait until your Sims’ Energy has gone back up then get back to earning those Simoleons!
• Use a Cupcake to refill your Energy all the way up so you can keep playing sooner.
• Buy new items to unlock new actions. Head over to a workplace and tap the Buy/Build icon.
  
• Your Sims get rewards by completing chapters in Stories. Rewards include items for Create a Sim and Build/Buy objects for Home/Work.
