The best way to get help is in-game. You can get help from your in-game menu in most Mobile games,

How to find your ID

Different mobile games have different settings, but in most games, you can find your ID by going to Settings. Your ID is usually near your username. 

If it’s not there, try choosing Help, then About, and looking for a term like PlayerID, User ID, or PersonaID.
