How do I get back into STAR WARS™: The Old Republic™ account

1. Go to Account.
2. If you’re already logged in on the site, go to your account name, then select Log out.
3. Select Log In.
4. Select Forgot your password?
5. Follow the instructions on-screen.
6. Check your inbox for a password reset email.
7. Select the link to reset your password.
8. Log in to swtor.com with your new password.

What if I don’t have access to that email address anymore?

Contact SW:TOR support for help with updating your SW:TOR account email address.

If it’s been more than 36 months since you last played SW:TOR, your EA Account might be inactive. Head here to reset your EA Account password and reactivate your account.

This option will only work if your SW:TOR account email address is the same as your EA Account email address. Contact SW:TOR support if your SW:TOR account email address isn’t the same as the one for your EA Account.
