How to report a problem with a game or EA Account

We want you to have the best gameplay experience possible, so we appreciate when you take the time to report a bug or give us feedback about your games.

Here’s how you can submit your bug report or feedback to us:

1. Use the search bar in Answers HQ to see if other players have already posted about your issue.
   • Search our EA Forums if you’re playing The Sims, Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes, The Simpsons: Tapped Out, or Command and Conquer.
2. Other players may have already reported the problem. If they have, you can click the Like button under the original post, which lets the poster know that you have the same issue.
   

If you don’t find a post or solution, start a thread by posting your issue to the board. We might not be able to help fix every problem, but sometimes members of the community offer helpful solutions.

If you’re having issues with your EA Account, there are a couple of ways we can help.

1. Log in to your account on EA Help.
2. Then, go back to EA Help and select the issue you need help with from the Manage My Account dropdown menu.

2. Select EA Account.
3. Search for the help article or topic that best fits your account issue.
