If you’ve lost or misplaced something from your FIFA Ultimate Team™ (FUT), try these steps first to see if you can find your missing content.
- Restart your console or PC.
- Use the Quick Sell Recovery in the Web and Companion Apps. Double-check that you didn’t accidentally discard, Quick Sell, or use the content somewhere else in-game.
If that still didn’t help, try our basic troubleshooting steps.
You can also check @EAHelp to see if we’ve tweeted about any issues that might be preventing your missing Items from coming through.
FIFA Points
You can use the same pool of FIFA Points for both FUT and VOLTA. You don’t need to buy them separately for each mode and can use them for either.

Did you buy FIFA Points and never get them?
- First, confirm your purchase went through by checking your transaction history on the platform you purchased it on.
- Next, try logging out of FUT or VOLTA and logging back in again. Sometimes the transaction needs an extra push to sync with your account, and logging out and back in again helps the FIFA Points come through to you.
If you still don’t have them, we’re going to need some information from you to help investigate. We’ll need:
- your proof of purchase
- your persona name (ID, PlayStation™Network Online ID, Xbox Live gamertag) where you’re missing your Points
- the date you bought the Points
- how many Points you’re missing
- any other details about your issue.
Once you’ve gotten those details together, follow these steps:
- On the EA Help homepage, search for FIFA.
- Select the game you need help with.
- Select See all help topics.
- Select the Missing content category.
- Select I’m looking for something I bought.
- Choose the available contact method and include the above information in the webform.
- Select Send and we’ll take it from there.
FUT Coins
If you used FUT Coins to get an Item from the Transfer Market and your Item is missing from your Watch List, it may just be delayed. There can be a 72-hour delay in getting the Items from the Transfer Market to you. The same is true for FUT Coins after selling an Item on the Transfer Market, sometimes it can take up to 72 hours to receive them.
When a Player Item gets stuck after you’ve sold it on the Transfer Market, it should be automatically corrected within 72 hours. At that point, you’ll get the FUT Coins from the sale.
Twitch Drops
- Check your Connections in your Twitch Settings. You should see Electronic Arts listed under Other Connections.
- Follow our steps to make sure you have linked the right Twitch account to your EA Account.
- Claim your FIFA Twitch Drop rewards.
- If you still can’t find your Twitch Drop, contact Twitch.
EA Play rewards
- Check to see if you have an active EA Play membership:
- For PC, sign in to the EA Account Settings portal, then go to the EA Play tab. If you've never had a membership before, you won't have an EA Play tab in your Settings.
- For PlayStation, go to Settings > Account Management > Account Information > PlayStation Subscriptions
- For Xbox, press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide, then go to Profile & system > Settings > Account > Subscriptions
- If you have an active membership, but you’re still not seeing your rewards, follow these steps:
- On the EA Help homepage, search for FIFA.
- Select the game you need help with.
- Select See all help topics.
- Select the Missing content category.
- Select I’m looking for something I earned.
- Choose the available contact method, fill out the webform, and we’ll take it from there.

Packs
Once you’ve tried our basic troubleshooting steps, look for the Pack in your My Packs section of the FUT Store in FIFA Ultimate Team™ (FUT).
In VOLTA, you’ll find it in the Change Outfit section under Customise.
Players and other Items
Missing an Item you purchased from the Transfer Market or got in a Pack?
- Double-check your Club to make sure it isn’t there.
- Check your Transfer List to see if it hasn’t come through yet.
- When a Player Item gets stuck after you’ve bought it from the Transfer Market, it should be automatically corrected within 72 hours. After 72 hours passes, check your Watch List to see if your Item appears.
- If you don’t get the Item after 72 hours, the FIFA game team will try to regrant it to you. If an Item can’t be unstuck, you may get a copy of it instead. You may still see the stuck Item, but you’ll be able to use the copy.
- Make sure you didn’t Quick Sell the Player or submit it to an SBC.
- You can undo up to five Quick Sells for Player Items per 31-day period using our Quick Sell Recovery tool in the Web and Companion Apps.
- Once you submit Items to SBCs, they’re permanently removed from your Club in exchange for rewards.
Ultimate Draft Tokens or access
Got disconnected and/or lost your access to Ultimate Draft? Use the Ultimate Draft Token request tool to get back in the game.
Reminder: Our advisors can help you with basic troubleshooting, but they can’t grant Ultimate Draft Tokens.

Follow these steps right away to help resecure your account before contacting us to report your lost or missing Items.
In order to help you with restoring content, we’ll need to help you by first resecuring your account if you haven’t already done so. Unfortunately we can't help restore content until we’ve helped you secure your account, which includes enabling Login Verification.
Please note that we can only help restore missing content once.
