Hockey Ultimate Team (HUT) is the most played mode in EA SPORTS NHL and it’s easy to see why. Will Online Seasons be available for NHL 15 on the PS4 and Xbox One?
Yes, Online Seasons returns for NHL 15. Win games and advance to the next division to face tougher competition, fall short and see your team bumped down. This system allows you to always play against opponents who are within your skill level, while challenging you to improve your skills. Teams will be able to track their progress across multiple seasons. Take on other Hockey Ultimate Team players from across the world to become a truly elite Ultimate Team.
Will there be a returning user bonus for fans who played HUT in NHL 14?

What improvements have been made to improve the fan experience in HUT?
We have completely re-designed the look and feel of the mode to improve the overall user experience for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions of NHL 15. Navigating through your collection, optimizing your lineups, searching for items, and applying consumables to your items has now been made much easier and faster.
Does the currency in Hockey Ultimate Team remain the same from NHL 14 to NHL 15?
Yes. The only difference is that Pucks are now called Coins.
Can we expect to see new types of items this year?
All of the items on Xbox One and PlayStation 4 versions of NHL 15 will have a new look. Additionally we have added all-new Authentic Arena items for the first time in HUT, so you can now use your favorite NHL team’s home rink as your home ice in Hockey Ultimate Team.
Will there be new collections?
The Xbox One and PlayStation 4 versions of NHL 15 will feature new item themes and collections that will be available throughout the NHL season. These will feature new designs and can be found during NHL events and real world moments during the year. New collections will be announced where and when they are available.
Will I receive a bonus for completing collections?
Yes. Completion rewards vary depending on each collection, but you will receive a pack bonus once you complete a collection. These packs will be sentto the Unopened Packs section located under the Collection panel.
Are the items you receive in pre-order packs tradable?
Yes, however the items you receive in the Returning User Bonus are not.
Will HUT be supported on mobile companion app?
The HUT Companion App for mobile devices was taken offline on June 27, 2014. We would like to thank all of our loyal fans who used this application.
Can I transfer my Ultimate Team from my Xbox 360/PS3 to an Xbox One/PS4?
No. There is not a way to transfer Ultimate Teams between console generations.
