Brazil’s ECA Law requires extra protections for children and teens when using online services. If you're located in Brazil, some online features may be limited. Players may be asked to log in or create an EA account to confirm their age for access to these features.

How does the age check affect my account?

Your age and whether you've completed an age check affect which content you can access.Players under 18: 
  • can’t access text chat, such as League Chat  
  • can't purchase FC Points
  • can use their existing FC Points balance.
Players 18 or older without an age check: 
  • can access text chat
  • have to complete an age check to purchase FC Points.
Players 18 or older with an age check: 
  • can access text chat
  • can purchase FC Points.
If you’re under 18 years old based on the birthdate you selected when first playing FC Mobile, you’ll get the option to complete an age check after you turn 18.If you want to change the birthdate you already entered, contact us at the bottom of this page.

How do I confirm my age on EA SPORTS FC™ Mobile?

You can start the age confirmation process in-game. You’ll need to link an EA Account to your EA SPORTS FC™ Mobile account.

    Open EA SPORTS FC™ Mobile.

    Read the age check message carefully.
  3. 3
    Select Start.
  4. 4
    Follow the instructions to complete verification.

    Select Continue once your age is confirmed.
If  you’re submitting proof of identity for an ID check:   
  • make sure your name and date of birth match your legal ID
  • ensure your photo is clear and not cropped
  • if using a passport, upload only the photo page
  • for other IDs, include both front and back.
If you have trouble confirming your age, try again after a few minutes, complete the steps on a different device, or use a different age-check method.Once confirmed, the Account Information tab of your EA Account settings will show an Adult label under your date of birth.Your confirmed status applies across supported EA platforms and games.
