A bullet pass throws the ball quickly and with maximum velocity.To throw a bullet pass, hold the receiver button until the quarterback releases the ball.You should use the bullet pass for:- throwing into tight coverage
- quick slants and in-routes
- beating defenders closing on the receiver.
How to throw a Lob pass
A lob pass puts more air under the ball so it can travel over defenders and farther downfield.To throw a lob pass, tap the receiver button quickly.You should use the lob pass for:- deep routes
- one-on-one coverage downfield
- throwing over trailing defenders.
How to throw a Touch pass
A touch pass sits between a bullet pass and a lob pass, adding just enough arc to drop the ball into space.To throw a touch pass, briefly hold the receiver button, then release it.Use the touch pass to:- leadreceivers into open space
- throw over linebackers and underneath coverage
- hit routes breaking toward the sideline.
Pass lead

- staying in bounds near the sideline.
Run after catch (RAC)
A run after catch attempt helps your receiver transition upfield quickly after making the catch.Use it for:- crossing routes
- drag routes
- catches made with open field ahead.
Aggressive catch
An aggressive catch gives your receiver the best chance to compete for the ball against a defender.Use it for:- jump-ball situations
- end zone throws
- tightly covered receivers.
How to kick the ball
Field goals, kickoffs, and punts all use a kicking meter to determine power and accuracy.To kick a field goal:The closer you stop the accuracy indicator to the center of the meter, the more accurate the kick will be.Things that can affect field goals include:
