Troubleshooting steps to find your missing Rewards
Missing Items or Packs? We have a guide on Items and Packs that might help.
- 1Double-check that you didn't accidentally discard or use the content somewhere else in the game.
- If you’re looking for a Player Item you Quick Sold, use the Quick Sell Recovery feature in the Web and Companion Apps.
- Player Items that have been discarded or submitted into a Squad Building Challenge (SBC) can’t be recovered.
- 2Restart Ultimate Team™ or Clubs. It can take up to 24 hours for your Rewards to appear.
- 1Check EA SPORTS FC™ Direct Communication on X and on WhatsApp for updates on issues that might be preventing your missing Rewards from coming through.
- 2Restart your PC or console, launch EAS FC, and check if your Rewards are still missing.
- 3Try our other steps to find your missing in-game content.
How to claim your rewards
Claiming Twitch Drops
Claiming YouTube Rewards
- 1Make sure your EA Account is linked to Twitch.
- 2Go to the Twitch Drops page and find the Drop you want to claim.
- To get a Drop, you need to watch a participating channel for the required amount of time.
- You can claim the Drop from the Drops Inventory page until 24 hours after the Drops campaign ends.
- 3Select Claim Now.
- 4Launch EAS FC. Go to the Ultimate Team™ menu, then go to Objectives.
Get more help with your missing Rewards
If you still can’t find your missing EAS FC Rewards after 24 hours, collect this info before contacting us.- The content you’re missing (e.g. Player Items, Coins).
- The mode you’re missing content from (Rivals, Champions, Objectives, etc.).
- The email address on your EA Account.
- Your platform account ID (PSN ID, Xbox ID, etc.).
- The time and date the content went missing.
- Your time zone.
- The platform you play on (PC, PS5, Xbox Series X|S, etc.).
