How to report a player’s Online ID in Madden NFL

    Pause the game.

    Open the Players List.
  3. 3
    Select the Online ID of the player you want to report.
  4. 4
    Select Report Abuse.
  5. 5
    Select Report Offensive Name.

How to report a Madden NFL player through EA connect

If you’re playing Madden NFL 26 or 25 on a next-gen console like PlayStation®5 or Xbox Series X|S, you can report, mute, or block other players through EA connect.

    Open the EA connect menu from the bottom-right on the main menu screen in Madden NFL 26.

    Go to the Recently met or Friends tab and select the player you want to take action on.

    Select See player actions and choose whether you want to Mute, Block, or Report the player.
    • If you report a player, we’ll ask you to share more information about the specific behavior or content that you’re flagging.

What happens after a player is reported

If you report another Madden NFL player, we’ll investigate it and take action according to our policies. For privacy reasons, we can’t give you information about our investigation or what actions we take on another player’s account.If you get an email update from us saying we didn’t take action on the account, the case will be closed.
