Windows is having trouble installing the EA app.

    If Origin is still installed on your device, make sure it’s fully closed.

If you’re still having issues, check if another application is interfering with the port:

    In Spotlight Search, type “terminal”.

    Enter the following command “sudo lsof -i -P | grep LISTEN | grep :3216”.

You’ll see which applications are using port 3216. Close all applications except the EA app.If you see your applications in the Dock, you can quit them by control-clicking the application and selecting QuitIf you don’t see your applications in the Dock, follow these steps:

There’s been an authentication error with your EA Account. This problem might be caused by a service outage. Try clearing your cache. If that doesn’t work, try again later. You might have to wait for a fix.
