Abuse, harassment, and cheating are against our rules. If you break the rules, you’ll get an in-game notification telling you whether the action on your account is a suspension or a permanent ban. If you were suspended, the notification will let you know how much time remains on your suspension before you’ll be able to play again.

If you think we made a mistake when we banned or suspended your account, follow these steps to submit an appeal.

1. Before reporting, review our Rules of Conduct to learn more about what actions or behaviors may result in us banning or suspending an account.
2. If you still think we made a mistake, you can appeal your ban or suspension by filling out this form. This link will open the form in your device’s web browser.

Be sure to include the following information when submitting the form.

• Your Ally Code. Learn how to find your Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes Ally Code.
• The approximate date you were banned or suspended.
• Details on why you want to appeal your ban or suspension.

Appealing your ban doesn’t mean you’ll be unbanned or unsuspended. Once you submit the form, we’ll investigate and take action according to our policies. For privacy reasons, we won’t be able to let you know if we take any action following our investigation.
