Appealing your ban or suspension doesn’t guarantee we’ll reverse the action taken on your account.
Our investigation system has been updated. We can’t investigate bans or suspensions issued under our previous system. Your ban or suspension must have occurred after September 30, 2024.
We want to keep Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes a safe, fair, and fun place for everyone. When you install or play any EA game, you agree to play fairly and follow our rules. We take any breaches of our Rules of Conduct or Positive Play Charter very seriously.
Abuse, harassment, and cheating are against our rules. If you break the rules, you’ll get an in-game notification telling you whether the action on your account is a suspension or a permanent ban. If you were suspended, the notification will let you know how much time remains on your suspension before you’ll be able to play again.
If you think we made a mistake when we banned or suspended your account, follow these steps to submit an appeal.
Be sure to include the following information when submitting the form.
Appealing your ban doesn’t mean you’ll be unbanned or unsuspended. Once you submit the form, we’ll investigate and take action according to our policies. For privacy reasons, we won’t be able to let you know if we take any action following our investigation.
