About EA Play refunds
If you joined EA Play through Steam, Epic, PlayStation®, or Xbox, you’ll need to contact their support team directly if you have issues when canceling your membership.
- When you cancel, you’ll have access to all membership features until the end of your membership period. When your membership period ends, you’ll no longer have access to games in The Play List.
- If your membership expires or you cancel it, you won’t be able to play games available with EA Play unless you buy them separately or reactivate your membership.
- You'll keep your game progress if you don’t manually delete your save files. If you rejoin EA Play after canceling or buy the games separately, you can pick up where you left off the next time you play.
- If you cancel your membership or it expires, any purchases you made with your 10% member discount are yours to keep.
- Check out EA Play Terms for more details.
