Missing your Phantom Edition rewards? Follow these steps to find them in the Loadouts tab or get more help if your content’s still missing.
Where to find Phantom Edition content
You’ll find everything but your tier skips and Battlefield Pro Token in the Loadouts tab. To find your content:- From the main menu, open the Loadouts tab.
- Choose Nato or Pax Armata. Some skins are only available for either faction.
- You can switch between factions in the soldier menu.
- Select your soldier.
- On the class screen, press X on PlayStation®, A on Xbox, or left click on PC to open the soldier parts option (the hovering gray box over your soldier).
- Select a character, then Customize by pressing Square on PlayStation®, Y on Xbox, or X on PC.
- A menu will appear which shows all the unlocks you’ve earned for that character.
If you pre-ordered the Phantom Edition, you’ll get:
- The Tombstone Pack (XP Boost Set + soldier skin)
- Battlefield Pro Token: Battle Pass, 25 tier skips, exclusive rewards and more
- When you buy the Phantom Edition, your Battlefield Pro Token will be redeemed during the active Battlefield season.
- Four Phantom Squad skins: Crossbones, Mirage, Specter, and Wraith
- The Glimmer melee knife skin
- Shrouded M433 and Drop Shadow MS2010 ESR weapon packages
- The Chimera M1A2 SEPV3 vehicle skin
- Death’s Head weapon sticker
- Cryptic weapon charm
- Operative dog tag
- Phantom XP Boost Set: 2x hardware XP and 2x career XP.
What to do if your content is missing
- 1Switch to the Nato faction. Phantom Edition skins only work with Nato.
- Go to Loadouts, then change your faction from Pax Armata to Nato.
- 2Restart your system. This helps refresh your rewards.
- 3Check which EA Account you’re using
- Go to your EA Account settings.
- Rewards won’t show up if you’re signed in to the wrong account, and they can’t be transferred.
- 4Make sure you didn’t discard or spend the items. We can’t replace anything that’s been used or discarded.

- your platform (like PC or PlayStation®)
- your platform account name (like your PSN ID or Xbox gamertag)
- proof of purchase
- details about the missing content.
Proof of purchase is usually an image of your transaction history and purchase confirmation, which includes info like the product name, purchase date, and your details.For more help, read our guide.
