Leadership Roles represent your Pro’s growing leadership within their team and give you a longer-term career goal to work towards. Earning a Leadership Role can unlock new conversations and choices that affect your team and career.How do I earn and progress through Leadership Roles?
To earn and progress through Leadership Roles, complete the Leadership challenges you get from your Coach. Your performance in these challenges helps determine whether you earn a new Leadership Role, stay at your current role, or move down.Qualify as a Leader
Your early career choices can affect your path towards a Leadership Role. During your first Media interview, you can choose between Influential, Confident, and Leader. At the start of preseason, your Coach will give you an opportunity to work towards becoming a Leader. To qualify, during preseason, you'll need to:- unlock the first Leader Trait in the Leader Skill Tree
- make the NHL team after preseason
- reach Level 1 for your Team and Management Likeabilities
