Can’t find your progress? Try out these troubleshooting steps for your EA game or mobile game.
Troubleshoot lost progress
If you think you’ve lost progress in your game, try these steps first.If you’re missing content, like in-game currencies or rewards, check out these troubleshooting steps.
Check which EA Account you’re logged in to
Go to the Account Information section of your account settings to check which EA Account you’re using. If you’ve got more than one EA Account, you might be logged in to the wrong one. Once you’re logged in to the right account, you should find your progress. If your content has been sent to the wrong EA Account, we can’t transfer it.Check that your platforms are linked
Make sure the platform you play on is linked to the right EA Account.- 1Check your Connected Accounts to make sure your platform is linked to your EA Account.
- If your platform account is linked to the wrong EA Account, unlink it, then relink it to the right EA Account.
- 2Make sure you’re logged in to your console with the platform account that’s linked to your EA Account.

If you unlink your platform account from your EA Account at any time, you’ll lose access to your progress.To get your progress back, relink your platform account to your EA Account. If you didn’t link your account
If your mobile game is linked to another account, your game progress should be backed up and saved to that account. Try these steps to see if they restore your content.
If you’re not sure whether you backed up your game by linking to another account, don’t uninstall your game—you could permanently lose your progress.
- 1Check for app updates and install any that are available.
- 2Restart your device.
- 3Log out and log back in to your game.
- 4Try logging in to your account on another device if you have one.
- 5If you backed up your game to a linked account, try uninstalling and reinstalling your game.
- Skip this step if you’re not sure whether you’ve linked to an account.
- 6If you linked your game to Google Play or Game Center, go into your device’s settings and remove your account, then launch your game and log in again manually.
