You can download your EA Account data from your EA Account settings.

  1. Select Your EA Data.
  2. Select Request a Download.

Your data will usually be ready to download in a couple of hours. It will be available to download to your computer so you can review it.

Here’s everything you can see in your EA Account information:

  • your basic account information (including your EA ID)
  • regional settings
  • connected accounts
  • game-specific identities
  • refund requests
  • security information
  • privacy settings
  • email marketing preferences
  • payment methods
  • game tester program preferences.

Want to see what you’ve bought for your Xbox or PlayStation? Check out your Microsoft Order History or your Sony Transaction History instead.

EA Account login details are used on the following sites:

About Me

In your About Me settings, you’ll be able to see all of your EA Account’s Basic Information.

Your Basic Information includes:

Your account info

  • ID: your EA ID
  • name
  • email
  • date of birth
  • member since: the date you created your account
  • avatar

Regional settings

  • country of residence
  • language

Connected accounts

  • PlayStation™ Network Online IDs (PSN IDs)
  • Xbox Live Gamertags

Game specific identities

  • platform account ID
  • forum-specific usernames
  • game-specific usernames, like for The Sims.

Communications

These are any communications to and from your account.

Communications include:

  • emails from us
  • forum posts
  • EA Help case information
    • the status of the case
    • chat transcripts
    • emails to and from us.

Emails: Log in to your email service provider account with the email address on your EA Account. Navigate your inbox to find received, sent, filed, and deleted (trash) emails with us.

Forum posts: Log in to the forum you use, like Answers HQ or a game’s specific forum, and find all your posts under your profile.

EA Help case information:

  1. Log in to your account on the EA Help homepage. If you’re using a mobile device, click the menu icon () to find the Log in/Sign Up button.
  2. Select My Cases.
  3. Select a case to view more information about it.

Account security

Your EA Account includes all the security information that helps keep your account safe.

Your account security information includes your:

  • password
  • security question
  • Login Verification—whether it’s on or off
  • list of Trusted Devices, including Device Name, Location, and Trusted Date
  • secondary email, if you’ve added one to your account.

Privacy Settings

These are all your preferences related to your account’s privacy.

 Your privacy settings determine:

  • who can see your profile
  • who can see your Achievements
  • how users can search for you (by email address, PSN IDs, and Xbox Live Gamertags)
  • your Blocked Users List.

Manage your preferences on the Privacy Settings tab in your EA Account settings.

Email Preferences

You can manage your email preferences and what emails you’d like to get from us from the Email Preferences tab of your EA Account settings.

Order History

Find all the information for the purchases you’ve made on the EA app.

Purchase history information includes:

  • date
  • description/order number 
  • status
  • price.

Payment Methods

Your EA Account includes any payment methods you’ve saved.

Payment history information includes:

  • credit card information
    • the last four digits of your credit card
    • expiration date
    • country
    • zip/postal code
    • your first and last name
    • phone number, if you added it
  • PayPal Account Name, typically your email address
  • information for any other saved payment methods that are available in your region
  • EA Wallet
    • any Available Balance
    • your EA Wallet Activity, including Date, Description, and Total.

Electronic Arts Playtesting

You can join the Electronic Arts Playtesting program by opting in to the games you’d like to test.

View your data on the Electronic Arts Playtesting tab in your EA Account settings.

Player Controls

Your Player Controls include your monthly spend limits on games, expansions, and microcontent.

Manage your Player Controls on the Player Controls tab in your EA Account settings.

Family

Add teen accounts to your Family and set spend limits.

Access the Family tab in your EA Account settings.

Connections

You can view your connected accounts, like your linked PlayStation Network IDs and Xbox Gamertags, and any apps you’ve authorized for your account in your Connections.

Find information about your connected accounts on the Connections tab in your EA Account settings.

Data in the EA app

Some of your EA Account information can be found in the EA app.

Games you own

You can see all of the games, expansion packs, and downloadable content (DLC) you own that are added to your EA Account in your Library in the EA app.

Your profile information

Your EA Account holds all of your profile information.

Your profile information includes:

  • your games
  • your Friend List
  • your achievements
  • the games you’ve added to your Wishlist.

View your profile in the EA app:

  1. Open the EA app.
  2. Click on your avatar in the top right corner.
  3. Click My profile.

Device IP address

You can see the IP address for the devices that you play on.

  • For PC, go to Microsoft Support.
  • For Xbox One, go to Xbox Support.
  • For PlayStation 4, go to PlayStation 4 User's Guide.
    • From this page, choose the language you want to read the manual in.
    • Select the system you’re using.
    • Select Settings, then Network, then Test Internet Connection to see how to find your IP address.

Mobile games

You can see your game-specific ID and Friends lists.

Game-specific mobile IDs are only available in certain games. Check out our list of mobile games that use mobile IDs.

Friends lists may vary by game.

EA Forums data

You can download your EA Forums data from your settings.

  1. Go to EA Forums.
  2. Select Sign In in the top-right corner and enter your account info.
  3. Once you’re signed in, select your account name in the top-right corner. Then choose Settings.
  4. Select the Security & Account tab.
  5. Select the data you want to download. You can download your Posts & Replies and your Personal Information.

Your data will usually be ready to download in less than two hours. Your data will be downloaded to your device.

Answers HQ data

You can download your Answers HQ data from your settings.

  1. Go to Answers HQ.
  2. Select the Personal tab.
  3. Select Personal Information.
  4. Scroll down and select the data you want to download. You can choose from My Community content and My personal information.

Playdemic data

  1. Visit Helpshift and raise a ticket.
  2. Select Account as the ticket category, then select Privacy Request.

If you have a Playdemic account and an EA Account, you’ll still need to contact us for help with your EA Account.

Glu data

Follow these steps to request your Glu data or delete your Glu account.

If you have a Glu account and an EA Account, you’ll still need to contact us for help with your EA Account.
