If you play our mobile games on an iOS or Android device, you may be able to delete your game account by yourself.
Deleting your mobile game account is permanent across all devices. We won’t be able to recover your in-game items or your progress in any games linked to the account. It also means you won’t be able to recover your account on a different iOS or Android device.
Based on your mobile platform and the game you’re playing, you might be able to delete your account from within your game. Here’s how to check if your game has this option.
Our advisors can help you delete your mobile account. Create an in-game ticket to get started.
Go to your game app settings and look for the support button. The button name might be different depending on the game, but you’ll find it under the Settings menu. You’ll need to share your game ID with us. Here’s how to find your ID.
If you’re having trouble creating an in-game ticket, you can contact an advisor on EA Help.
Deleting your mobile account doesn’t cancel any recurring subscription payments you have set up on it. If you have active subscriptions on your account, contact Apple or Google to cancel them.
We may, where required, keep some data from your account:
None of the data we keep can be used to restore your account, your games, or your progress.
You need to contact us for help closing your EA Account.
