An EA Gift Card is a prepaid card that you can use on the EA app. You can gift one to a friend, or treat yourself and add funds to your EA Wallet. They’re available in different amounts, depending on where you live.
Your Gift Card balance gets moved to your EA Wallet. When you buy something, we’ll automatically use any available money in your Wallet before using other payment methods.
If you want to use a specific payment method, you’ll need to choose it before making a purchase.
You can use the Gift Card balance in your EA Wallet to buy games, in-game items, EA Play memberships, Pogo Products (US residents only), and any real money items available in EA’s PC games.
Gift Cards cannot be used to pre-order games.
EA Gift Cards are only available in the following regions:
You have to redeem your Gift Card in the country where you bought it. For example, you can’t buy a Gift Card in the United States and then redeem it in Canada.
Gift Cards are available in different amounts, depending on your region. For more info, see the EA Wallet Terms and Conditions.
You can buy an EA Gift Card through local retailers. When you buy one in store, you’ll get a receipt for your purchase that includes instructions on how to redeem the card.
Head to EA.com to find participating online retailers in your region.
Your Gift Card funds will be deposited into your EA Wallet.
You can also use EA Gift Cards on Pogo. Here’s how to redeem it.
