If the code on your physical EA Gift Card is already exposed or if the coating on your code is damaged, contact us.
Your Gift Card funds will be deposited into your EA Wallet.
You can also use EA Gift Cards on Pogo. Here’s how to redeem it.
Your Gift Card balance gets moved to your EA Wallet. If you have money in your EA Wallet and want to buy something, we’ll use the money in your Wallet first before using other payment methods.
If you want to choose a different payment method, you’ll need to do this at the start of your transaction.
You can use the EA Wallet to buy games, in-game items, EA Play memberships, Pogo Products (US residents only), and any real money items available in EA’s PC games.
Gift Cards cannot be used to pre-order games.
EA Gift Cards are only available in the following regions:
You have to redeem your Gift Card in the country where you purchased it. For example, you can’t buy a Gift Card in the United States and then redeem it in Canada. For more information on specific terms, see the EA Wallet Terms and Conditions.
