Purchases through Xbox, PlayStation, and mobile games run through their own billing systems and our advisors can’t help with those refunds.
Contact Xbox support, PlayStation support, Apple support, or Google Play support to get any unauthorized purchases on those platforms taken care of.

Have you ordered something from us recently?
If you haven’t bought anything from us in a while:
Someone may have gotten into your account and used your saved payment information to make the fraudulent charges. That means your payment information probably hasn’t been compromised.
If it ends up being unauthorized charges, contact us so we can check whether this was a breach of your account information or your payment information.
Have you ever made a purchase from EA or Pogo before?
Yes - You might have an older account that you haven’t used in a while. If that’s the case, they may have used your saved payment information to make the fraudulent charges. That means your payment information probably hasn’t been compromised.
All that’s visible for saved billing information on your EA Account is the last four digits and expiration date for credit or debit cards, or email addresses for PayPal and other similar payment methods. Nobody can take your payment information to use elsewhere.
No - If you’ve never bought anything from us and don’t believe you’ve used your payment information in our store before, then it is likely your payment information has been compromised. Contact your payment provider to talk about next steps.
