I can’t access my email account

If you can’t access your email account, get in touch with your email service provider to see if you can recover it. Most providers let you recover your account by:

  • resetting your password
  • answering security questions
  • verifying your identity or alternative email address associated with that account.

Look for these options on the sign-in page of your email service provider’s website, or visit their support site for more help.

Click the plus sign (+) next to the errors below to see the troubleshooting steps for each error message.

Your email address could be invalid or you may have recently updated it.

Your email address may have been entered incorrectly or may not be associated with an EA Account.

To help keep your account secure, we limit how often you can update your email address. You can only update your email address to a new one once every 30 days. Learn more about updating your account information.

Try resetting your EA Account password. This helps in most cases.

If that doesn’t work, wait 90 minutes and try again. You may have tried to reset your password too many times, too fast.
