Connect your EA Account to Twitch to earn Drops for watching streams.

Link Twitch and EA Accounts How to claim Twitch Drops Didn’t get your rewards? Unlink Twitch Still having problems?

Your EA Account can only be linked to one Twitch account in its lifetime.

This means if you unlink them, you can’t link to another Twitch account.

If you’ve forgotten your Twitch username or password, you can try to recover your Twitch account here.

Link from your EA Account settings

    1. Go to your EA Account settings. If you’re not already logged in, this is where you’ll log in.
    2. From your EA Account settings, click Connections.
    3. Scroll down and find Twitch, then click Link.
    4. You might be asked to verify your account by entering a security code.
      • If you’ve set up App Authenticator, we'll send your security code to your phone.
      • If you haven't set it up, you'll get your code via email.
    5. Log in to your Twitch account, or sign up to create a new Twitch account.
    6. Click Authorize, and you’ll be taken to a new window. Click Link accounts.

    You’ll now see that your EA Account and Twitch accounts are linked in Connections.

    Link accounts from our Twitch linking page

    1. Go to our Twitch linking page and log in or create a Twitch account.
      • Make sure you’re logging in to the Twitch account where you want to watch streams and get rewards.
    2. Click Authorize.
    3. If you have Login Verification turned on, enter your security code and click Log In.
      • If you set up App Authenticator, we'll send your security code to your phone.
      • If you haven't set it up, you'll get your code via email.
    4. Click the Link Accounts button to link your EA and Twitch accounts.
      • Make sure you’re linking the right Twitch account to your EA Account—you can’t link another Twitch account later.
      • You'll get a notification that you're successfully linked.

    You’ll now see that your accounts are linked in the Connections tab of your Twitch Settings. You should see Electronic Arts listed under Other Connections.

    1. Go to Twitch’s Drops page and find the Drop you want to claim.
      • Drops can also appear when you’re watching streams.
    2. Read the instructions next to How to Earn the Drop to find out what you need to do.
    3. Scroll down to Connection and make sure it says Connected next to it.
      • If it doesn’t, click Connect and follow the instructions.
    4. Once you’ve earned your Drop, select the Drop and click Claim Now.

    Make sure you’ve linked the right Twitch account to your EA Account and that you followed Twitch’s steps for claiming Drops.

    If you still don’t have your rewards, check to make sure you’ve met the criteria for the Twitch Drop. Some streams may enter you in a draw for a Drop, but that doesn’t guarantee you’ll get rewards.

    From Twitch

    1. Go to your Twitch Connections. You may need to log in.
    2. Scroll down to Other Connections.
    3. Click Disconnect next to Electronic Arts.
