If you haven’t logged into your EA Account in a while, we may have taken some precautions to help make sure your information stays safe.

All you need to do is reset your password to log back in. To do this:

1. Go to the EA Help login page.
2. Select Forgot your password?.
3. Enter your email or EA ID.
4. Check your email for a link to create a new password, and follow the instructions.

Some of my account info is missing

For your safety and security, we removed some of your personal information from your account. But don’t worry, all of your games, progress, and stats are still there waiting for you.

Once you reset your password and log back in, you can get back in the game. You can also add or update any of your account information when you want.

We recommend you enable EA Login Verification for an extra layer of protection. Follow our steps to activate Login Verification from your EA Account settings.
